普京：中俄关系处在历史最高水平，乐见中国发展振兴

当地时间6月14日，俄罗斯总统网站发布普京接受美国NBC电视台采访内容。普京在回答有关中俄关系问题时表示，近年来中俄战略伙伴关系处在历史最高水平，双方在政治、经济、科技等各领域保持高度信任和合作。

当主持人试图“挖坑”，诱导普京给出对中国的负面评价时，普京识破了。同时他表示，“我们对两国过去几十年发展起来的前所未有的高水平关系感到高兴，俄罗斯珍视这样的关系，我们看得出来，中方也是如此。”

Russian President Vladimir Putin has denounced actions aimed at driving a wedge between Moscow and Beijing, stressing that China is a strategic partner, not a threat.

"We can see attempts to destroy the relationship between Russia and China. We can see that those attempts are being made in practical policies," Putin said in an interview with U.S. television network NBC published on Monday.

"We are pleased with the unprecedentedly high level of our relationship as it has evolved over the last few decades. We cherish it just like our Chinese friends do, which we can see," he said.

普京说，“我们不认为中国对于我们是威胁，它是一个友好的国家，它不像美国那样宣布我们为敌人。” 中国的发展有目共睹。中国是一个有接近15亿人口的大国和强国。就购买力而言，中国的经济规模已经超过了美国，去年中国是欧洲的第一大贸易伙伴，美国位居第二。但中国的实力不会令俄罗斯担忧，原因之一是俄罗斯的国防能力处于非常高的水准，但最重要的是中俄关系的性质和水平决定了俄罗斯不会提防中国的发展。

普京还就新疆问题指出，他本人在访问中国期间曾有机会与维吾尔族代表会面。他亲耳听到民众普遍欢迎中国政府的民族政策，肯定中国政府在经济和文化等领域为生活在新疆地区的人们做了很多实事。

Putin praised "a high level of trust and cooperation in all areas" between the two countries, from politics and economy to technology and military. 

"We do not believe that China is a threat to us. China is a friendly nation. It has not declared us an enemy as the United States has done," he said. 

"We have been working and will continue to work with China, which applies to all kinds of programs, including exploring deep space," the Russian leader concluded.  

中俄双边贸易额已连年超过1000亿美元，即便是受新冠疫情影响的2020年也仍然保持了这一水平。据中方统计，今年1月至4月中俄双边贸易额为402.1亿美元，首次在前4个月突破400亿美元。预计2021年中俄贸易将继续保持增长势头，全年贸易规模有望再创新高。

China and Russia managed to keep bilateral trade at levels, above $100 billion for several years in a row, particularly in 2020 despite the impacts brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. Bilateral trade volume between China and Russia exceeded $40 billion during the first four months of the year, a year-on-year increase of 19.8 percent.

据中俄友好、和平与发展委员会去年5月在线开展的“2020年中俄社会民意调查”结果显示，两国民众彼此认可，社会基础更加巩固。中国受访者对俄罗斯的非负面评价达93.1%，俄受访者对中国的非负面评价达82.6%。两国民众对中俄高层交往、政治互信、务实合作水平均给予积极评价。
